How you pay

1
What you pay
Monthly rent (single invoice):R$791.63/mo

One invoice per month for the R6 Plan rent. No down payment, no fee to rent.

2
When you pay

The 1st charge starts 48h after the lessor issues the invoice (NF). After that, monthly on the same day.

3
On-time cashback (24 / 12 / 0)

Every month you get cashback back on the rent, by how early you pay:

Paid by the due date24%
Paid after the due date12%
After the next due date0%

The cashback adds up and, at the end, can offset the optional purchase of the machine — buying is optional.

How the rental contract works

  • Contract for the term of the listing. The purchase at the end is optional — it is not leasing.
  • Annual adjustment by IPCA.
  • Credit check (Serasa), when applicable, is on you as the renter — arrange it whenever you like, in your profile, your Wallet, or when posting a request.
  • Moreco Guarantee: if a demand goes 7 days without a lessor, Moreco may, at its discretion, step in as lessor.
Annual IPCA adjustment

Rent, protected

R6 Contract
Subscription rental with legal validity (Law 14.063/2020) — it is not leasing.
Surety insurance available
When the lessor includes it in the contract, it covers non-payment by the tenant (not breakage or damage). It is optional and chosen by them — Moreco is not an insurer nor a guarantor, it just facilitates access.
Intermediated payment
Moreco intermediates the payment — only passes it to the lessor after delivery is confirmed.
