How the rental contract works

  • Contract for the term of the listing. The purchase at the end is optional — it is not leasing.
  • On-time cashback applies to rent only: 24% when paid by the contract due date, 12% after that, 0% after the next due date. Insurance earns no cashback.
  • Annual adjustment by IPCA.
  • Credit check (Serasa), when applicable, is on you as the renter — arrange it whenever you like, in your profile, your Wallet, or when posting a request.
  • Moreco Guarantee: if a demand goes 7 days without a lessor, Moreco may, at its discretion, step in as lessor.
